Responsibilities & Duties
- Assisting with Reception support duties when needed
- Office Administration tasks
- Completing Excel spread sheets ( fees invoices; creditors supplier invoices, suppliers and customers statements etc.)
- Filing of documents and letters
- Updating data of the patients folders
- Cleaning and updating the company database
- Additional administrative support tasks depending on company work priorities
Qualifications
- Level of English : intermediate
- Experience appreciated but not required
- Strong organization skills
- Strong interest for administration
Conditions
- Localisation : Dublin
- Start Date : January 2019
- Duration : minimum 4 months
- Working Hours : Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm - to be confirmed on place
