ANIMAL WELFARE IN INDIA

The state of Goa has a large number of cows roaming freely in the streets. There are also a number of dogs near the restaurants lined up on the beaches during the touristic season. When the peak of summer and monsoon approaches, from May to nid-September, restaurants close and dogs no longer have access to food. The shelter's mission is to feed these vaccinated and sterilized dogs.

Dealing with the cattle, many calves and cows are victims of road accidents. They are recovered at the shelter to be treated and healed.
